To provide maximum cleanliness we employ a high pressure water system along with disinfectants to wash down the runs daily. All bedding and rooms get the same treatment for each new occupant. During your pet's stay each room is mopped and disinfected twice daily. All water bowls are changed daily and, of course, kept filled at all other times. 
Upon request, for those dogs requiring extra exercise we have four large outside Paddocks Areas totally enclosed with eight foot high chain link fencing and an extended arm to the inside for extra security. We offer this also at no additional charge.
Aranwood is relatively small with space for only 48 dogs and 6 cats so we strongly urge you to make early reservations, especially during school holidays, and July and August - six months to one year in advance is not uncommon during those periods. You may reach us for reservations during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Aranwood is open for your inspection Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Sunday 9am -11 am, Saturday Closed, No appointment necessary.

During check-in we must see a current vaccination certification for the following innoculations:
Dogs: Rabies, DHLP-Parvo, Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Cats: Rabies, Distemper, Feline Leukemia
Proof of a Titers test is also acceptable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Aranwood Kennels requires a credit card number to hold any reservations. If you need to cancel a reservation please do so within 1 week prior to your arrival date or a charge of 1 night stay will be charged to your card.
